different shapes depending on the thickness of the part, from a tenth of a millimetre to
10 millimetres; the precision welding, die-stamping, polishing ... a production line that

to obtain the most valuable technical and scientific certifications in Spain.
Consuegra manufactures any kind of panel-beating parts, tailored to the requirements
of customers for the production of mechanical elements for sectors such as
electronics, informatics, defence, aeronautics, railway signposting, transport, telecommunications
or electrics, in which a highly precise metal transformation is required.Thanks to their investment in
equipment made by Consuegra, operators can work with the most modern and precise machines,
and their work is safer and more efficient, optimizing the production line.
Located by the premises of Consuegra is their own automated painting section, to serve
both external clients and other companies of Cosuegra. Upon a surface of 1.200 square
metres, the painting section means a further step in their continued commitment to
strengthening the quality and possibilities of their coating services, applied liquid or in powder,
to items of any colours and surfaces. The loop starts when the parts arrive at the entrance
quays. They are separated by a state-of-the-art computer control system that sorts them
by final type of surface, in powder or liquid.

awarded with the ISO 9001 certificate. This achievement confirms the commitment of the

In order to improve our service to the costumers, our company completes its products manufacturing
through a new system of polyurethane foam injecting in-situ which results are both gaskets and gasket
support.
In this way CSC put at the disposal of others companies and for is own necessities one selling system,
technology-gasketing which ensure a better quality to the final product.
Once the joint moulding and its desired shape are obtained, the process is controlled through the
ISO 9001-2000 standard.
At last the products are leaded to the final packing phase and transported to their destinations.
